Job Description

You play an important role in our company, why?

  1. You are the person who helps your GD make the best use of his time by dealing the secretarial and administrative works.
  2. You are the trustworthy person whom he heavily relies on, trusting that work will be handled effectively even when he is in his absence.
  3. You are the GD’s first point of contact with people from inside and outside the organization.

Your tasks are included:

  1. Welcome and look after visitors
  2. Organize & maintain diaries and make appointment/ meeting/ conference calls/ travel plans
  3. Organize and attend meetings, ensure the GD is well prepared for meetings and take meeting minutes
  4. Coordinate with other Heads of department for effective work result
  5. Liaised with clients, partners and the organization staff
  6. Assist the GD to update into CRM with contact lists as well as suspects the GD identifies from newspaper/ media
  7. Conduct market research on existing and new product lines industries/ sectors as required by the GD
  8. Support the GD to translate documents/ prepare draft letters or work as Interpreter when necessary
  9. Prepare BUPA Health Insurance and other expense claims for the GD
Assist the GD ad-hoc projects when necessary

Qualification and experience

  • University graduate
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the same position in multinational companies or foreign organizations
  • General knowledge of technology and economic is an advantage


Education Required
  • Fluent at all English aspects
  • Tact and discretion in office facilities
  • Proactive and independent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • “Can-do” attitude and willing to learn new knowledge
  • Computer abilities of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
