Job Description

As a Marketing Executive, it would be your job to plan the best ways of promoting Cooperate Training Course/Assessment services or HR to as many people as possible. You would use various marketing strategies (such as media advertising, direct mail, websites, etc) but the most popular way in your role is through Seminars to communicate with customers.
Your typical tasks would include:

• researching and analyzing market trends
• identifying target markets & target clients and how best to reach them
• planning and organizing seminars and event monthly
• attracting & selling to as many clients as possible to attend our seminars
• monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of seminars and events
• coordinating with sales and PR team to ensure marketing plans & activities are more effective and feasible and meet targets assigned

Required qualification & experiences:

To work well and be successful in this Marketing Executive position, you must have a PASSION to take charge of marketing activities in HR Consulting industry. You together with your willingness & desire to provide Corporate Training Courses/ Assessment Services to help clients increase their Potential & performance

1. At least 3 years of marketing & sales experience
2. Understanding marketing concepts
3. Having experience in HR market is an advantage
4. Know how to launch a new product
5. Know how to generate clients’ demands
6. Selling skills for selling events, seminars is a must
7. Organization skills
8. Planning skills and communication skill
9. Creative thinking
10. Strong with the execution
11. Willing to work independent
12. Commitment and stick with deadline
13. "Can Do" and “Just do it”
