Job Description
As a PR/ Communication Executive, you would be responsible for promoting good relations between HR Services and its clients, and the wider public. Your aim would be to build, maintain the organization’s image & reputation and increase brand & product awareness in the market.
Your typical tasks would include:
- researching and analyzing market
- planning PR/ Communication campaigns and strategies
- writing and editing press releases, monthly newsletters, weekly article, book publishing, websites, speeches, leaflets and brochures,
- arranging events & seminars like press launches, news conferences, exhibitions
- developing good working relationships with the media and press agencies
- arranging for advertising to be produced
- public speaking at presentations, conferences and seminar

Required qualification & experiences:
To be a successful PR/ Communication Executive in HR service industry, you must have a PASSION to work with it. Moreover, you have a willingness & desire to provide Corporate Training Courses/ Assessment Services to help clients increase their Potential & performance
- Understanding about PR/Communication/Marketing concepts
- Having experience in setting up and managing a website
- Having experience in HR market is an advantage
- Know how to PR a new product into market
- Know how to generate clients’ demands
- Strong writing skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Organization skills
- Planning skills and communication skill
- Creative thinking
- Strong with the execution
- Willing to work independent
- Commitment and stick with deadline
- "Can Do" and “Just do it”
