Systems Management Services
- Adding or modifying virtual websites, configuring password protection
- Setting up FTP service - anonymous FTP, or with usernames and passwords

- DNS - we take care of your server's IP addresses and hostnames, including reverse DNS management, and any other domains hosted on our servers
- Day-to-day operating system and server tasks such as log file rotation and network configuration

- Web accessible Web Log Reporting (1 web log included)
- Web accessible server statistics – uptime, bandwidth, concurrent users, and much more
- 2 hours System Administration support per month

Premium Data Backup Cycle
- Full 4 week cycle of daily backups of customer selected files/directories
- Backups to disk and tape, tapes rotated offsite each week on a 4 weekly basis
- 9 GB of backup storage space included as standard
- Extra storage space available in 9GB blocks subject to standard charge
- Media copy of backup available subject to standard charge
Security Maintenance
- Server secured behind a dual Cisco PIX auto-failover firewall system
- Up to 12 access rules on the shared firewall
- Security patches for standard configuration installed software performed when necessary
- Patches applied during business hours
- Proactive Port and Application monitoring, alerting and fix
Hardware and Maintenance
Currently TRG’s standard dedicated server is a NEC Express5800/120Rd-1 with Dual P4 Xeon 2.4Ghz CPU’s, 1GB RAM and Mirrored SCSI 36GB Hard Drives.
TRG has full replacement spares as well as component spares for all of our equipment. For example, if a server chassis blows we pull the disks out and put them into an already racked server. We always get the system up and running as quickly as possible using spare servers/components.
Our Service Level Agreement provides guaranteed uptime and levels of support and escalation. |
