Graduate Development Programme

Graduate Development Programme

What is GDP?

A 2-year development programme enabling fresh graduates to acquire a solid foundation for their professional career. For those graduates with some work experience there is the possibility to join directly into the second year of the programme.

A 1-year programme is open to RMIT BIS students, who if successful during their internship would return as second years in our GDP programme.

Our GDP programme is our main source of talent for the organisation as our philosophy is a preference to build the talent we need.

We have 3 intakes during the year, in every February, June, and October.

We cater to students from a variety of backgrounds including, but not limited to:

- Marketing - IT
- Commerce - Multimedia
- Business Administration - Foreign Trade
- Accounting - English

- Business Information Systems/ Management Information System
