• Proactive people who can work independently and as part of a team
• Good communicators
• People with lots of energy and initiative
• People able to meet deadlines
• People who don’t sit around waiting to be told what to do
• People who are willing to give anything a go!
• Long term employees
  

What don’t we want?

• Passive people who need to be kickstarted and told what to do
• People whose work is lazy or sloppy
• People who give less than 100%
