Following our click-to-donate Christmas e-card, we would like to continue supporting local charities with our TET e-card.

Please click on the link so that we can donate to the Saigon Children Charity, Wildlife At Risk and Thien Phuoc – Orphanage for victims of Agent Orange.

More than two years ago TRG International lunched the “click-to-donate campaign.” And since then every e-card which has been sent out for TET, Christmas and other special occasions has had the “click to donate” button which to date has been sent to more than 20,000 people!

In 2007, TRG International sent click-to-donate Christmas e-card to our clients, partners and journalists. Thanks to all of you TRG was able to donate to the Saigon Children Charity (SCC), Wildlife At Risk (WAR), and Thien Phuoc – a house for Agent Orange Orphans. What happened to your donations? Well you will be pleased to know that the money you helped to raise has gone directly to those who need it most, at all of the three charities.

The SCC has been able to purchase a years supply of school equipment for all the children including pens, school bags and some nice TRG caps.
The orphans at Thien Phuoc Agent Orange Orphanage now have something to smile about, with your help we were able to donate cakes and more importantly new clothes for all of the orphans!  Thanks to your efforts WAR have been able to print and distribute posters as part of  a campaign against the bear bile trade & helps towards the cost funding teachers' to deliver environmental education in more than 100 schools.

  31st Jan 2008 TRG and SCC delivered school equipment to impoverished Children at Binh Khanh, Can Gio:


A team of 8 from TRG and a team from SCC delivered schoolbags, TRG caps and pens to 92 children at Binh Khanh school

  Saigon Children's Charity (SCC)

Saigon Children's Charity is the solution!

Saigon Children's Charity was founded in 1992 for a specific purpose: to help disadvantaged Vietnamese children to get an education and a fair start in life.

What do they do?
Saigon Children's Charity takes simple, practical steps to ensure that the neediest children get an education. They build schools, they give scholarships, they provide vocational training and they provide micro loans that enable the poorest families to make a living and educate their own children.

Their work achieves rapid results (scholarships get children into school immediately) and also brings longer term benefits (children who are learning English now can get well paid jobs using their English when they leave school). Longer term still they know that educated girls make better mothers.

  Wildlife At Risk (WAR)


Wildlife At Risk (WAR) is a non-profit organization, based in Ho Chi Minh City, and active throughout the southern provinces of Vietnam. WAR is governed by trustees and staffed by experienced international and Vietnamese professionals.

What do they do?
WAR is dedicated to the long-term conservation of Vietnam’s threatened biodiversity. It aims to reduce the pressure on

Vietnam’s wildlife by helping to build local capacity to implement legislation, raise environmental awareness and develop alternatives to the unsustainable exploitation of Vietnam’s natural resources.

  Thien Phuoc

Founded in 1999, Thien Phuoc – is a home for many disabled children affected by Agent orange.

21st February 2008 TRG International delivered rice to all the children at Thien Phuoc – Orphanage for victims of Agent Orange

Thanks to the TRG click to donate Christmas campaign we were able to donate 1,220 kgs of rice to 122 children at Thien Phuoc Agent Orange orphanage.
Thien Phuoc is one of three charities sponsored by TRG, the other two are Saigon Children Charity and Wildlife At Risk.

The children at the Thien Phuoc orphanage are victims of Agent Orange, they are all disabled, abandoned and homeless. Agent Orange afflicts people in different ways from mental to physical disabilities and in some cases both at the same time. Some of the children at Thien Phuoc are so disabled that they can’t even talk, but they can all smile, and when you smile at them they smile back!

Without Thien Phuoc it is very likely that these kids would not be here to see another sun rise, thanks to your donations they will at least have food for the next few months.  “Spending time with these kids makes me realize how lucky I am, really none of us have anything to companion about! It is a humbling experience but I am pleased to be involved. This is a good example of TRG’s commitment to Vietnam social development.” Le Thi Nguyen An – TRG’s PR & Marketing Consultant said
