We currently have our Main Technical Support Centre in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The majority of staff are from a technical background, with over 50% performing technical functions. We support our clients through a telephone hotline or via the Internet, where most problems can be solved. We also offer on-site visits upon request. We have an experienced, dedicated, capable and reliable support team to back up our clients.
