Assistant Brand Manager - Talent 1

Hi, I’m a Brand Manager at TRG International! At TRG we sell various IT and HR brands and it’s my job to make sure that the brands I look after getting the most effective exposure to the target market, and that we generate lots of new leads and meet the company’s sales goals.

It’s a big job with a lot of responsibility, and I need a bit of help – which is why we’re now hiring Assistant Product Marketing & Brand Managers to help support our Brand Manager team!

We’re looking for creative, outgoing, very communicative team players to fill these roles. You’ll be up to speed with the latest marketing methods and techniques, especially digital.

You’ll have the creative skills to develop marketing strategies, craft compelling product messages across multiple media channels, and translate often complex technical information into succinct user-benefit messages.

You’ll have sharp analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns as well as analyzing our target markets and researching competitor products and market trends. And you’ll need to be a team player as you’ll be working across various internal teams (including design, content, product and sales).

Job Requirements

You’ll need the following:

  • Proven experience in Product Marketing, Brand Management or similar role
  • Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and best practices
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
  • Ability and experience to conduct research and analyze data
  • Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Background in design and copywriting is a plus
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Results-driven attitude
  • A creative mindset
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus
