Hi there! I’m Josh and I’m a Business Development Admin (BDA) at TRG International! What does a BDA do you may ask? Well, to put it simply, I support the Business Development team in their daily tasks, making sure they can devote as much time as possible to generating new leads and making sales.
So I spend most of my time managing our CRM system; generating new leads via telesales; preparing sales presentations, quotations, contracts, sales reports and other documents; managing expenses; handling customer queries; and generally supporting our sales team in their very important work. My goal is to move into sales someday soon and this role gives me the perfect grounding.
I really enjoy my work, and being at a multinational company like TRG means I get a really friendly, supportive work environment with plenty of in-house training and company social events - and of course a generous salary, annual leave and health insurance!
