I’m Lee, and I’m a Business Development Executive at TRG, selling the company’s range of talent management solutions in Vietnam and SE Asia. Our solutions are aimed at people and organisations who work in coaching, training, team-building, talent management, HR, consulting and other people-focused roles - they help companies find, attract and keep the best talent, and they help that talent to keep on getting better and better. And I sell them the tools to help them do it!
My job involves developing relationships with customers to help establish their needs and provide the right solutions, preparing proposals, contracts and other sales documents, hitting my sales targets, working with our marketing team to generate leads, and maintaining long-term relationships with our customers.
