My job involves developing relationships with customers to help establish their needs and provide the right solutions, as well as helping develop my sales team colleagues, hitting my sales targets, working with our marketing team to generate leads, and establishing myself as a thought leader in my field by networking & public speaking.

Job Requirements

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • At least 04 years’ successful experience in selling ERP solution
  • University Degree in IT, or Business related
  • Exhibit strong business acumen, professionalism and maturity
  • Solutions oriented
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Knowledge of software solutions and products (e.g. ERP, Accounting/Finance, etc.) as well as the industry status in Vietnam and the region
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, calling, meeting, conducting a needs analysis, solution selling, negotiating, and closing the deal.
