Business Development Sales Executive 1

Hi, I’m one of TRG’s Business Development Executives. To put it simply, I sell TRG’s various products and services to companies in Vietnam and beyond.

But there’s more to it than just selling - a typical day sees me researching our target markets to generate leads and build a healthy sales pipeline, talking to potential and existing customers (both on the phone and face-to-face), keeping our CRM up to date, supporting colleagues in my team and in other teams, and doing my best to meet my sales targets!

Job Requirements

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or related fields
  • Previous experience in a sales role;
  • Track record of achieving KPIs and targets.
  • Outgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds
  • Experience in IT sales is a big advantage
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Good Vietnamese & English communication skills
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent consulting, selling, negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Well organised
