Hi, I’m an Application Support Consultant at TRG International! I graduated with a degree in Computer Science and came straight into this exciting multinational company, where my job involves making sure that TRG’s customers are satisfied with the software we provide to them. Basically I’m the first line of tech support, which means I have to record, screen and respond to customer support requests, troubleshoot and solve their problems or suggest workarounds, and work with our consultants to make appropriate fixes. I usually work on big SunSystems customers but also help out with other products when required.
