Hi, I’m Trang, and I’m a Business Analyst at TRG International! What does a TRG Business Analyst do? Well, in a nutshell, I look at our business processes, identify problems & opportunities, and find solutions to the problems and ways to exploit the opportunities.
Obviously it’s not quite as simple as that, and the job involves various duties including setting up KPIs, researching/monitoring business performance and analysing and reporting feedback; analysing business trends; performing audits and risk assessments; creating dashboards and reports and presenting these to key stakeholders; and working with teams and individuals to create and maintain a library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
