If you are a SunSystems user, you might be familiar with the Account Allocation (ACA) function, which is used primarily to match transactions on an account.
It is a useful tool that allows you to update processing statuses of transactions, modify transaction details (e.g. analysis codes, descriptions, entry dates, etc.), or split a transaction if you need to match against only part of the transaction value.
However, the reality is, you don't just have one type of account or just a handful of transactions to match up. Conducting allocation manually line by line is time-consuming.
Fortunately, you can utilise Infor Q&A and TRD Import Profile to ease this problem, thus, enabling to match transactions in bulk.
