In this webinar, we will discuss an essential function of this robust accounting software: Payment Run.
In short, the Payment Run function in Infor SunSystems enables you to settle selected outstanding transactions on creditor/ payable accounts. It can also settle transactions on client accounts with a credit balance. Payment Run can trigger the creation of the necessary payment documentation, for example, remittances and cheques.
After years of experience in software implementation, we have concluded that the most common challenges our customers often encounter when generating payments are as follows:
- unable to locate transactions
- process Payment Run for the wrong account
- unable to reverse the transaction when processing a wrong payment
