About the event
Most of the talent management models are over 20 years old (with some minor updates); they advocate the same or similar things. The questions we need to be asking ourselves is ‘are these models relevant in a 4.0 world?’
Speaker: Garry Howell – Managing Director of G&H
We all need to be doing the right things to get our talent to reach higher. In the VUCA world, this is not easy, during the 2-hour workshop we will explore:
- If the old talent management models are for the last century, what should be happening?
- How does VUCA impact Talent management?
- What does VUCA really mean to me in managing talent in Vietnam?
There are no clear answers to these questions – the aim of the session is to move towards a practical understanding of Talent Management in the ever-changing world.
