Pham Hong Thai
Deputy General Director
Thai won a coveted full scholarship to study IT at the University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic in 1988. Thai returned to Vietnam and joined TRG in 1996. In 2015, he gained MBA degree from the University of Hawaii. Thai is very strong at problem solving, project management, business consulting, staff training and coaching.
With more than 20 years at TRG, Thai has been succeeding in different roles including technical support, software developer, software development manager, application consultant, project manager, professional services manager and he is seen as the guru by many clients, who rely on the depth of his technical and business expertise.
Nguyen Dong Ho
Ho is leading the Professional Services Team, covering a wide-range of solution-wise best suites to business planning and consolidation, integrated ERP, retails and BI. He has been a part of TRG since October 2014, and has achieved many achievements despite his short time.
He enjoys working in an environment where he can immerse himself in meaningful work, lead and learn from supportive colleagues, and be himself. He has found that environment, here, in TRG.
Vi Minh Hong
Graduated from HCMC International University with a major in Marketing, Hong has more than 8 years of experience with international clients. She joined TRG in August 2017 and has been in charge of both internal & external branding/ marketing for the company.
Her team is enthusiastic, collaborative and very result-oriented. She believes in the theory that every sowing seed will bloom one day. “How can flowers be that beautiful if it’s not cultivated the right way?”
Chau Nguyen Huong Thao
Joined TRG in 2001, Thao is now one of the TRG Veterans and a member of the senior management team. Known for her attention to detail, she leads our Customer Services Team in the right direction.
From 2008 to 2017, Thao has been awarded The Salesperson of the Year 8 times. She holds a 2nd Bachelor degree in Finance and Banking as well as certifications in ION and Citrix.
