Assessments & Reports
Genos assessments are available in over 28 languages and are the only reports that offer dual benchmarking:
Against global research by comparing participants or teams against worldwide EI standards.
Against your unique organisational expectations by comparing participants or teams against EI competencies that colleagues believe are important.
Managers can then use the results to provide participants with tools and techniques to help them develop their EI expertise.
Leadership Assessment
EI plays a significant role in driving high performance and employee engagement. To increase individual and organisational performance, managers and leaders should assess and develop this skill set.
Workplace Assessment
Assess and develop an individual’s or a team’s behaviours at any level, in any role, to improve job success, well-being, and performance, among many other factors.
Sales Assessment
Assess, develop, and maximise sales professionals’ and teams’ emotional intelligence, thus, boosting sales revenue and strengthening customer loyalty.
Selection Assessment
Make more informed hiring decisions and successfully transition current employees into new roles by integrating Genos’ Selection Assessment into the company’s recruitment process.
