Profiles Sales CheckPoint, or SCP, is a 180-feedback survey to evaluate the skills and effectiveness of salespeople, identify their developmental opportunities, and align priorities to improve sales performance. This assessment compiles feedback from salespeople and their managers, which is then compared to identify gaps and alignments. The combined feedback outlines perceived abilities in skills deemed critical success factors to do the job effectively.
