Profiles Managerial Fit, or PMF, is a management assessment tool used to provide insight into managerial compatibility between managers and their direct reports to ensure and enhance compatibility and effective teamwork. PMF provides users with specific recommendations to increase manager-employee productivity and foster smooth cooperation in the workplace.
