Hello, I’m Linh, and I’m a Customer Service Executive at TRG International! I love dealing with people so it’s the perfect job for me, as I get to spend my days taking care of TRG’s lovely customers.
Basically I’m the first contact whenever they have questions, problems or complaints, and my job is to log and track all customer enquiries, pass them onto the relevant department, and make sure they’re followed up successfully.
I also help out with sales support & admin - issuing invoices, renewing contracts, running CRM reports, liaising with suppliers, and helping organise our annual Customer Day event.
