Hello! I’m Sam, and I’m TRG International’s Retail Pro guy! That means I’m responsible for overseeing marketing, sales and implementation for Retail Pro, one of the world’s leading retail management solutions. I have a big, busy and successful team and I’m now looking for a Team Leader to lead our implementation team.
To put it simply, you’ll be a leader, a motivator and a project manager, and you’ll work closely with me, my business development team and our clients to ensure successful implementations.
To perform this role successfully, you’ll need to wear three hats:
You’ll need to become an expert in the Retail Pro product and understand how to identify client needs and implement the software accordingly - and you’ll also need to stay abreast of the broader technology trends in the retail space.
For each implementation project you’ll need to define the scope, goals and deliverables, as well as setting budgets and allocating resources - and you’ll need to report your progress to all stakeholders, internal and external.
You’ll be responsible for hitting your team’s targets so you’ll need to train, motivate, inspire and support your team members, as well as liaising with other internal teams.
